ISTDP Therapist
I’m here to support you on your journey to feeling better. Are you finding yourself feeling low, anxious, depressed, or frustrated with reality? I can help you heal your personal struggles, improve your sense of strength in your inner self, and find meaning in your life through the exploration of current and past experiences and relationships.
ISTDP is a highly-efficient healing practice which will help you uncover blocks to your full potential by focusing on your brain and body.
I enjoy working with therapists, engineers, students, medical professionals, artists, musicians, teachers, parents, and young adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and stress in their careers and relationships. I have treated many Stanford University undergradstudents. I help clients do integration work following a psychedelic or somatic breathwork experience or retreat.
Call or email today to arrange a free 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to working together to achieve your goals.
Congratulations on taking this step towards fulfillment and well-being.

Initial Consultation and Treatment Overview
The process begins with a brief phone call to assess whether we are a good fit for working together. If we proceed, Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP) starts with an in-depth evaluation lasting approximately two hours. This session aims to identify the root causes of your challenges and understand how they persist, enabling us to initiate effective treatment promptly.
Following the initial evaluation, therapy typically involves weekly or biweekly sessions, each lasting 50 to 100 minutes. The duration of treatment varies based on individual needs but generally spans several months rather than extending over many years.
